Ermine Brittany Properties (brittanyproperties.com) provides help with the purchase of property in the west region of the Côtes d'Armor of Brittany, an area of forests and rivers, with beaches and the beautiful Pink Granite coast to appreciate and enjoy. An area for walking, swimming, playing golf, fishing or just relaxing in tranquility.

The west Côtes d'Armor area lies between Morlaix on the west and Guingamp in the east; two old Breton towns with character.

To the north is the beautiful old town and one-time port of Lannion, with its old wooden-framed buildings, squares, shops and restaurants. To the south are magalithes and the old Roman town of Carhaix.

The centre of the area incudes farmlands, chateaux, forests, rivers and unspoilt towns and villages, just as they were years ago.

The N12 runs east/west through the area and provides good access to the ports of Roscoff and St Malo, and the airports at Brest and Dinard.

Access, from the UK, is provided by Brittany Ferries (to Roscoff and St Malo), Ryan Air (to Dinard from East Midlands and Stansted, and Brest from Luton ) and flybe (to Brest from Birmingham, Exeter and Southampton).
