Ermine Brittany Properties' Service Fee

Ermine Brittany properties' service fee is a flat-rate of 5,000 euros, irrespective of the value of the property. This fee is included in the price of the property that we quote on this website.

The prices of the properties quoted by Ermine Brittany Properties throughout our website include the price of the property, the Notaire's (Solicitor's) fee and our service fee, see below.

Directly you decide to purchase a property that we have introduced you to and/or the Notaire has accordingly started the purchase process, our fee of 5,000 euros (which is included in the total price that we have quoted for the Property), becomes due in two instalments.

- 2,500 euros at the initiation of the Compromis de Vente ("Exchange") and
- 2,500 euros at the Acte de Vente ("Completion")

Our approach (see The Services We Provide) is to provide information and assistance to you throughout the entire process of buying your property, identifying properties of interest to you, arranging viewings, selection, negotiation and completion of the sales process utilising our English/French resources and capitalising on our knowledge and experience of the region.

We are available to assist with setting up property insurance and helping to ensure that utilities are connected directly the Acte de Vente ("Completion") is completed and you become the owner of your new property.

To ensure that we can provide the best possible service, please ensure that you have provided details of your requirements on our Registration page
